Lawmakers Criticize Biden Admin for Visa Loophole

Two Republican lawmakers criticized the Biden administration over lack of urgency to close what they call a “visa loophole.” It’s a 2009 program that allows Chinese nationals to enter a special U.S. territory without a visa. We take a look at the Department of Homeland Security’s response.
