A Texas engineering professor who also worked with NASA has been arrested for hiding his ties to China. His NASA contract prohibited him from collaborating with China or any Chinese company or university.
Engineering professor Cheng Zhengdong was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with conspiracy, wire fraud, and making false statements.
