The New York Fitness Coalition is filing a class-action lawsuit against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Coalition founder Charlie Cassara says the suit aims to remove the governor’s virus-related executive order and mandates across the state.
Cassara described the lockdown’s consequences on gym owners.
