New York is experimenting with a new COVID passport app called the Excelsior Pass, launched by New York’s governor. It’s meant to make reopening venues and businesses a little easier, but some say it’s unfair to people who aren’t vaccinated.
The app is still being tested right now, but the governor says after proper approvals, the public will be able to download it.
