Harvard University’s governing body has decided that university President Claudine Gay will be able to keep her job. Calls for her resignation came following her response to questions before a House committee about allegations of anti-Semitism at a recent protest on the Harvard campus.
The ongoing battle between Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Disney is heading to federal court on Dec. 12. The theme park is accusing the governor and other state leaders of violating the company’s First Amendment right to free speech.
