Retired U.S. Marine Col. Grant Newsham tells NTD that it’s likely the United States will offer some concessions to facilitate further talks with the Chinese. Newsham said he is concerned that sanctions surrounding semiconductors might be relaxed, and that there could be a reduction in tariffs.
