He says that the markets are acting exactly as expected in response to peace in the Hormuz Strait, and that while the Iranian regime has never kept its promises, President Donald Trump was very clear about returning to bombing Iran if it misbehaves. He reminds us that the United States has completely reconfigured the global energy market, with the Gulf of America now a major source of oil and OPEC countries shifting their stances.
