Los Angeles bids farewell to California music legend Brian Wilson.

Fans are paying tribute to Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson. It was announced on Wednesday that the music legend died at the age of 82.

The Beach Boys created some of rock's most popular songs—such as "Surfin' USA," "California Girls," and "Good Vibrations."

Wilson's career was marked by a decades-long battle between his musical genius, drug abuse, and mental health issues.

A large blue wreath of flowers was laid on the band's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday to commemorate his passing.
