Matt Gaetz Introduces New Bill to Protect States' Right to Defend Southern Border

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) on Feb. 13 introduced a bill that would prohibit the federal government from removing any fencing set up by state governments within 25 miles of the southern border.
