Bennie Thompson's (D-Miss.) characterization of last month's ambush shooting of two National Guard soldiers in Washington as an “unfortunate accident.”

The panel discussed the Senate's rejection of two health care bills on Thursday, leading to the COVID-era Obamacare subsidies expiring at the end of the year. They also spoke on President Donald Trump and Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell agreeing on several points, including inflation no longer in crisis and any lingering economic pain stems from the Biden administration, not Trump’s policies.
