Epoch Times Obtains Over 2,000 Unseen Tiananmen Square Photos on 37th Anniversary of the June 4th Massacre

Ryan Routh—who was arrested last year after a Secret Service agent spotted him with a rifle at President Donald Trump's golf club in Florida—defended himself on trial without a lawyer. In opening remarks on Thursday, Routh started off with a spiel about the origin of human existence, the settlement of the American West, and international conflicts.

Judge Aileen Cannon warned Routh several times to stay relevant to the case, and eventually ended his presentation.

He has pleaded not guilty to five federal charges, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
