Danielson says traffic in the Strait is tense and Iran's capabilities are diminishing by the day with the hammer of the United States coming down on them.

He also said clearing the Strait of Hormuz of mines is a big, heavy lift and will require different nations stepping forward to help.

Danielson said the Trump administration, the United States, and the world have to proceed with a lot of caution, and know that more than likely, Iran will sign the deal and go back on their word and start firing on their neighbors. He said the Trump administration has to have a back-up plan.
