Trump Admin Revokes More Than 175,000 US Visas

Retired New York Police Department detective Tom Smith, former member of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, and co-host of The Gold Shields Show, discussed with NTD's Steve Lance President Donald Trump's support of law enforcement, and providing equipment and manpower to fight crime in the America's big cities.

He also credited Trump directing FBI Director Kash Patel to focus on violent criminals, and getting the most wanted criminals off the street.

Smith said the partnership between elected officials, law enforcement, U.S. attorneys and district attorneys is very important. He said crime doesn't go down unless the criminals responsible for those crimes stay in jail. It's not a one-dimensional solution, Smith said, everyone has to be involved for crime to go down.

He discussed how lackadaisical policies in 2019 and 2020 were responsible for the crime spike, adding criminals knew these policies and what they could get away with.
