U.S. Southern Command said it carried out a lethal strike on a vessel engaged in narco‑trafficking operations in the eastern Pacific on Sunday.

The military released a <a href="https://x.com/Southcom/status/2048573629009441148">video</a> of the strike on X on Sunday, and said the vessel was operating along known smuggling routes. The military said three alleged narco‑terrorists were killed in the operation.

No U.S. military personnel were harmed, SOUTHCOM said.
