NTD speaks to restaurant manager, Stratis Morfogen, who is defying New York City’s vaccine mandate. He says employees at the Brooklyn Chop House will not have to show proof of full vaccination to keep their jobs. In late December, the city issued a vaccine mandate for all employees who interact with the public. Now, Morfogen says 90 percent of his staff have two doses of the vaccine, but 10 percent have only one shot. In regards to this, he tells us how he’s handling the mandate.
