New Yorkers are required to be indoors tonight at 8 p.m. after last night’s riots stormed through the city and caused widespread destruction, but the city’s mayor says the National Guard is still not needed.
Last night, more than 700 new yorkers were arrested. Times Square was torn up. Over a dozen stores in SOHO were looted.
During the SOHO looting, a man was reportedly shot. He was sent to Bellvue hospital and media reports say he is in stable condition.
