Odessa Coast Well-Fortified From Russian Amphibious Assault: Professor

NTD spoke with professor Volodymyr Dubovyk, who is based in Odessa, Ukraine. He gave us an on-the-ground update from Ukraine, saying the situation in the country’s south is complicated. Over 1,200 civilians are said to have been killed in the eastern city of Mariupol. The professor also alleges Russian attacks on hospitals and maternity wards will be classified as war crimes.
