The IRS says going digital is going to cut the processing times in half and speed up refunds by four weeks.

Taxpayers will also be able to submit more correspondence online and the agency thinks that will enable up to 125 million paper documents to be sent every year.

People will also be able to e-file 20 additional tax forms, which will enable up to four million more tax documents to be filed online annually.
