Shen Yun Performing Arts made its second stop in Tours, France on Feb. 11. Audiences appreciated the beauty of the performance.

"Really, I'm amazed, blown away," said Christophe Louette, a business owner. "Extraordinary colors, atmospheres and musical backgrounds. The choreographer's team was also very excellent and I really, really enjoyed it."

"A lot of happiness, something pleasant, soothing, and something that is very cultural. I mean, it's difficult to express, but it's excessively pleasant. I just have to say, I really enjoy discovering what is being done, what is being said and what [Shen Yun] is passing on."

"I really felt a lot of emotions," said Fabien Fournel, the co-founder of Project JR Blaye. "I felt compassion. It's also a very engaging show because it isn’t afraid to expose the actions of the communist regime and that's really very, very good. And that touches me a lot."

"It's elegant, it's very powerful too," said Charles Brossier, a wine export director. "It’s very eclectic, we see a little of everything, all the imagery."

"It gives an image of China, a real image. There is the beauty of China, there is the culture, there is the art, there is the music, but there are also these things that you have to see," said Sylvia Demandewicz, the senior director of PSI CRO.

Audience members say they felt inspired by Shen Yun’s mission: to revive its traditional Chinese culture.

"I think we should take a lot of inspiration from it and it has a very nice tranquility. The things that are expressed in this show are moments of patience that we should be able to find and pass on. It's very, very, very soothing," said Louette.

"It's true that spirituality is very present in this show and it's true that it's a very interesting part and it's a culture of humanity in its own right, which is very important and which must be propagated and taught," said Fournel.

"The awakening of the people to hope. The human being is good at heart, but we have to wake him up," said Martine Sainson, former director of a health agency.

Shen Yun will return to Tours in April and will perform in two more cities in France.
