Daniel D'Or, a filmmaker, said, “It's one of the most beautiful things I think I've ever seen. It's the epitome of a cultural show. The whole world's got to see it.”
“One of the most beautiful shows I've seen. I love the Chinese culture,” said Bibi Spielberg, a lawyer.
“I don't know how they do it. It's just a miracle,” Mr. D'Or said. “And when I heard that costumes change, music change, dance change, that is an astounding feat. How do they accomplish that every year? It's just incredible. I saw a book over there about last year's show. The costumes were all different. I'm just mesmerized.”
“All the performances, all the parts of the larger performance are part of preserving Chinese history and Chinese culture, and especially when we understand that certain actors, the CCP, and certain actors are trying to oppress that,” said Deborah De Lange, a business professor. “Every part of that show is an act of human rights, is an act of supporting human rights.”
Mr. D'Or said, “This is the epitome of Chinese culture, music, costuming, everything, and every single Chinese person should bear witness to this show and appreciate it.
“When you think of China, I just wish, I hope with all my heart that the show gets to play in China someday, and we see the show in China, and that would be a blessing, be really wonderful. It will really resonate with anyone that loves culture, arts, and entertainment. It's got everything,” he said.
“I'm not just saying this; it's the best show I've ever seen on stage. It's something you will return to because it's an overwhelming experience,” he added.
