Shen Yun Performing Arts performed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 17. Shen Yun took audiences on a journey through ancient China, through classical Chinese dance and music. Theatergoers were in awe and commented on the beauty of the performance.

“I was really impressed by the connection and coordination between the music and the performance; it was incredible. And also the flexibility of the dancers, the jumps, their skill,” said Ana Di Iorio, a lawyer.

Carlos Ansaldo, an architect, said, “Very beautiful, very artistic, very well done, very well coordinated, honestly, perfection.”

Mr. Ansaldo added that “The orchestra plays an incredibly important role. It’s practically a main character along with all the artists on stage. Impeccable. Every sound, every cue, really beautiful.”

Shen Yun’s mission is to revive 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture from before communism. Some theatergoers were impressed by the singer’s performance and resonated with the lyrics shown on the backdrop.

Estela Giovannone, a civil servant, said, “I also really liked the lady who was singing, the soprano. Those words, with that voice, conveyed something of great peace, a lot of peace, and hope and everything. It’s beautiful, really. I was very moved listening to her.”

José Basualdo, a retired banker, said, “Just as fascinating as the first time, very good. The choreography, everything they show as well, through 5,000 years, China has a lot to show.”

Ms. Giovannone said, “They truly create an art, something beautiful. Divine.”

Shen Yun will be performing in Guadalajara, Mexico, from May 6 to May 10.
