BATON ROUGE, La.—In a word, Shen Yun Performing Arts was “breathtaking,” according to Duane Davis, owner of a local recovery center.
“Very impressed. Very athletic. It’s very extravagant and beautiful,” Mr. Davis said after seeing Shen Yun’s opening performance in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the River Center Theatre on Jan. 11.
It’s a performance that cannot be seen in China today—one of China before communism.
“Everybody should stand for what they believe in, and if you get persecuted for it, just stand more firm in what you believe in,” he said. “Keep it up. I think it’s beautiful, wonderful.”
“Do yourself a favor and get the tickets and go see the show. It’s breathtaking,” Mr. Davis said.
