“We learned about your show through television broadcasts, and my wife was instantly enchanted. She absolutely wanted to see your show and that’s why we came here today, accompanied by my wife, of course, and we were thrilled,” said Jean-Luc Guillot, the mayor of Vauclerc, France.
“The show is truly magnificent. The visuals are exceptional, and the costumes are incredibly beautiful, creating a stunning visual experience. I think it’s a really beautiful show, very well executed. The dances are extraordinary, making it a remarkable showcase of talent,” said Stephane Gergen, an acupuncture clinic owner.
André Magerotte, a company director, said, “I really enjoy shows like Shen Yun. It’s an impressive artistic and physical achievement.”
Mr. Gergen highlighted the emotions he felt after watching the performance. “I feel that the message delivered during the performance was incredibly powerful. It resonated deeply with me. I felt a profound sense of well-being and tranquility. It genuinely evoked a feeling of calmness,” he said.
“The use of colors and the artists’ performances automatically evoke emotion. Plus, there’s always a story, and that’s what’s really touching. You can really feel it. Because we always see that at the end of the story, there’s always a moral, and it’s really a very refined perspective. ,” said André Magerotte. “The show did well in presenting spirituality, so we understand very well the connection between the Divine and the living.”
“The artists seem to be in good harmony with their state of mind. They also appear to be quite friendly. One would feel inclined to jump on stage and share in their energy and dynamism while they dance. I hope that when I have the opportunity to be called back by the Great Spirit, I will find a team as warm and harmonious as the one we had the pleasure of seeing today. You can’t help but be satisfied and delighted with this team and the spirit and feeling they exude,” said Mayor Guillot.
“I believe this performance can foster open-mindedness among people. It highlights the interconnectedness of individuals and cultures, showcasing the divine essence within each person. I hope this spirituality will further reveal this to the world,” said Mr. Gergen.
Mayor Guillot added that “we live in a challenging world today where kindness, tolerance, and humility seem to be values that are largely forgotten. And indeed, in this show, there is a sense of tolerance, kindness, and humility that radiates from the artists who performed. Thank you very much! All our compliments to your troupe, and best wishes for the future. See you next year.”
