“The show is wonderful. It's spectacular. It's so colorful. The dances are dynamic. There's wonderful technique. I love the choreography,” said BP Major. “I think that everybody does a great job telling the story through their face as well as their body, and that's important. So when you're dancing, it's not just about movement, it's also telling the story through your entire body. So I think your dancers do a beautiful job of telling the story both through the face, through their emotion and through their bodies.”
Jan Golden, a professional makeup artist, said the performance had "delightful color combinations, the coral and turquoise, and all the glam and glitter and the costumes were spectacular."
Matthew Craffey, a university senior development director, said he “can't believe that these leaders in China actually, truly, that are supporting communism there, and are persecuting people and persecuting the show, actually love their country and their history if they're repressing this, and repressing this beautiful history from the public and their own people.”
“Continue bringing the culture and the color and the dance and showing through the dance, and performances, the history. And how important it is to value your roots and value who you are and be strong in your beliefs,” said Edith Sanamyan, a school vice principal.
“I've seen a lot of shows. I've seen a lot of concerts. I've seen a lot of live performances. This was not only number one, it is number one far and above what I ever thought it would be. And I thought it would be great. It was unbelievable. I'm blown away by it,” said Bob Bergman, a business owner.
