Shen Yun wrapped up its three-day performance in Stamford, Connecticut. Through classical Chinese dance and live orchestral music, it brought to life thousands of years of traditional Chinese culture.

Lisa Silver, a violinist, said: “It is inspiring in many ways, in an artistic way, in a musical way, and in a religious way. And that’s everything in the show, and you couldn’t have a better show.”

Gerasimos Makris, a pastor, said: “This is the fifth time I’ve seen it, and this time, I brought a group of 45 because I believe it’s fabulous in the artwork and costumes. Of course, I felt the energy of the show, and that’s why I’ve come here again and again. And it was exciting, interesting, informative, and entertaining.”

Julie Chateauvert, a former vice president of a bank, said: “I just thought it was terrific. The athleticism was terrific. And also, I loved the spiritual aspect of it; to me, it was wonderful and very uplifting.”

Anna Menichetti, a city town hall official, said: “You don’t even think of the live orchestra while you’re fully immersed, and then you think of it, and it’s like everything is so perfectly, seamlessly put together. I did not expect this level of professionalism and artistry.”

John Trani, a musician, said: “I was sitting just right at the edge of the orchestra. It’s so inspirational to see and hear everything. The creativity and the message. Everything worked perfectly, beautifully.”

Shen Yun’s story-based dance draws on divinely inspired Chinese culture. The performance's profound messages deeply moved audience members.

Ms. Menichetti said: “Very, very touching, yes. And the love stories, like how the kids interact with each other. Oh, the funny story about the school story with the teacher, that was really, really cute.”

Tony Cornelio, an airline pilot, said: “There is a lot of spiritual messaging here. I mean, lots of good, promoting harmony, peace, etc. So I feel very good about it.”

Flor Solasz, an interior design firm owner, said: “It’s very soul-moving ... it’s a spiritual show in many ways. It touches people. I came here with three friends, and everybody had something different that they experienced. “

Mr. Trani said: “The message of kindness, unity and to be grateful. The gratitude for this short life that we have. I think that’s really what was a big part of the message of this show, which I just actually love."

Ms. Solasz said: “This is like my third time, and it gets more beautiful all the time, and it’s just, it’s eye candy, and it’s very spiritual moving. And just to see the discipline of these young people is just, it’s just mind-blowing."

Ms. Menichetti said: “Beautiful. You have to come. You have to come and see it because it’s absolutely phenomenal and it just, it takes you away from the real world and it transports you to something that makes you dream.”
