Suzanne Brown, an account executive said, “We thought it was breathtaking, absolutely amazing, wonderful!”
“It’s giving me goosebumps just to see the dancers, but it’s learning about the culture as well. So the two together it’s just nothing like I’ve seen before,” said Pauline Smith, a former director of UK’s Action Fraud.
Ms. Smith said, “I think it’s somewhere between heaven and earth. And it’s just got me transfixed.”
Simon Hudson, a charity director, said, “It’s everything. I mean it is everything I was hoping it was going to be and more. So I’m really excited, really excited about the second half.”
With tales from the ancient world and modern-day China, audience members said they felt inspired by what they were seeing.

Ave Maria Morrey, a former professional ice skater, said, “I would recommend anybody that knows that a performance is coming to your area, please go and see it. It’s very uplifting and enlightening and just a marvelous experience to see.”
Mr. Hudson said, “Sometimes the theater is just full of stories that have no meaning. This is a story which I think goes to our hearts, doesn’t it, and it really really has something so, so important for us to take away.”
