“An amazing feeling, an amazing experience. I mean, I feel really energized by it,” said Anita Owen, a national manager at an ambulance service.
Stories from China’s past before communism are told through classical Chinese dance combined with an animated backdrop.
Louise Oakley, a business manager said: “Fantastic! amazing animation. Really cleverly choreographed, really exciting and quite true to the history that there is within China.”
“And this is what ancient cultures stood for and I really wish we preserved that in today's world of chaos,” said Savita Madhusudhan, a consultant ophthalmologist.
Anita Owen also said that Shen Yun “was just something I've never seen before, and it's just very wholesome and beautiful.”
Shen Yun gives audience members memories they will cherish, bringing them back to see the show year after year.
“Definitely come and see it. Definitely come and see it. It's uplifting, moving, quite emotional at times,” said Louise Oakley.
“It was just a beautiful experience, so I really hope to cherish the memory of today and look forward to attending Shen Yun's performances and seeing the show again,” said Savita Madhusudhan.
