Newly released surveillance footage shows missing Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth just before she vanished.
Berreth is seen shopping at a Safeway in Woodland Park on Thanksgiving, the last day she was seen before going missing. Her 1-year-old daughter is with her.
Berreth, 29, a flight instructor, is considered a missing person and officials aren’t treating the case as a criminal case, according to the Woodland Park Police Department.
“We have no indication of that there’s any threat or any danger to [Berreth],” Miles De Young, the department chief, said during a Dec. 11 press conference.
Berreth was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 2. Her cell phone pinged outside of Gooding, Idaho, on Nov. 25, not far from where some of her relatives live. The location was nearly 700 miles away from Woodland Park.
Family members said that she didn’t take anything other than her purse. All her other belongings, including her two vehicles, are still in Colorado.
Berreth is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes, standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
She typically works in Pueblo and resides in Woodland Park, which is about 80 miles south of Denver and has a population around 7,600.
The case has attracted nationwide attention as law enforcement officers and family members try to track down the missing mother.

Investigators revealed during the press conference that Berreth sent a text to her employer, Doss Aviation, after Thanksgiving informing the company she would not be at work the week after Thanksgiving.

Another text message was sent to Berreth’s fiancé, Patrick Frazee, though investigators did not disclose what it said.
Frazee told detectives that the last time he saw Berreth was on Thanksgiving Day when she gave him their baby daughter. The daughter remains with Frazee. Frazee and Berreth are engaged but have never lived together, Berreth’s family said.
Frazee was invited to the press conference but did not attend; officials said he is being cooperative. Frazee has not spoken with any reporters. Asked if the police were thinking of searching Frazee’s residence, Woodland Park Police Chief Young said: “That is something we will be looking into.”
“All options are on the table,” he added.
Cheryl Berreth, Kelsey Berreth’s mother, has not spoken with her daughter for 19 days.
“She’s not the kind that runs off. This is completely out of character. Kelsey loves her God, she loves her family and friends, and she loves her job. She’s reliable, considerate, and honest,” Cheryl Berreth said, while appearing visibly emotional.
“Someone knows where she’s at. Kelsey, we just want you home, call us if you can, and we won’t quit looking.”
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the FBI, and the Teller County Sheriff’s Office are assisting the Woodland Park Police Department with the investigation.
