The electric car company is planning a reduced production schedule to start the new year at its first overseas factory, located in Shanghai.
The slowed output will run through January, extending a reduction it began this month. The details comes from an internal schedule seen by Reuters.
Based on that schedule Tesla will halt production from Jan. 20 to Jan. 31.
