Todd Bensman on Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Pushing to Stop Migrants

In one state of Mexico, police are reportedly blocking migrants from making their way to the U.S. border. Why? The Center for Immigration Studies’ Todd Bensman says Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has been making some demands—and it seems to be working. Bensman says he spoke with a state official who has direct knowledge of the operations.
