Retired Air Force Special Operations Maj. Glenn Ignazio and Jonathan Gilliam, former U.S. Navy SEAL and former FBI special agent, joined a panel discussion with NTD's Steve Lance.

They discussed President Donald Trump's remarks, calling for other nations to either buy oil from the United States, or secure the Strait of Hormuz themselves, now that the United States has decimated Iran’s military capabilities.

They also discussed the likelihood of U.S. allies taking responsibility for their dependence on the strait, while some, such as France and Spain, have closed their airspace to the U.S. military involved in Operation Epic Fury.

The panel also discussed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth's confirmation that a regime change has occurred in Iran, that deploying U.S. ground troops is an option for the president to take, and their expectation of compromise from the Iranian regime in negotiations.
