An annual report, which ranks the most powerful countries in the Indo-Pacific, says the United States still leads the pack while China is losing its grip.
It’s called the Asia Power Index released annually by a foreign policy think tank, the Lowy Institute.
Washington comes in at first place for 2022, with the report citing its strong military capabilities, defense networks, and cultural influence on the region.
