Bob Fu Interview at Western Conservative Summit 2019

DENVER, Colo.—Speakers at this year’s Western Conservative Summit July 12-13 defended America’s religious freedom and First Amendment.

The international non-profit Christian human rights organization China Aid, had a presence. Bob Fu, its founder and president, said he attended the summit to inform American conservatives of the “war already declared against the faith community, against the family, against freedom” under Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

Fu was a student leader during the Tiananmen Square demonstrations for freedom and democracy in 1989. His career shows his commitment to exposing the abuses of the Chinese communist regime, encouraging the abused, and spiritually and legally equipping leaders to defend their faith and freedom. He is also a member of the Committee on the Present Danger: China and the Council on Foreign Relations, and Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Law and Religion Monitor.

“Is there anything changed—from the standpoint of the communist party’s perception of this Falun Gong peaceful religious practice—at the moment?” said Fu. “No, it’s only getting worse. Thousands already died under the torture of the [Chinese] communist regime.”

Fu spoke about the Chinese communist regime and their history of human rights abuses.

“The international community and those who cherish life need to know the communist party has been found systematically engaging [in] organ harvesting,” said Fu.
