Conservatives converged on Phoenix, Arizona, on Dec. 18 to honor the late activist Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest conference, paying tribute to his legacy and vision for the future.
Erika Kirk, Charlie's widow, expressed gratitude to those who stood by her after her husband's assassination, saying, "The past three months, I've learned a lot. You learn very quickly who is ready to go to war with you".
AmericaFest is Turning Point's flagship organizing conference. The group was founded by Kirk as a Christian youth organization.
