Fans of Chester Bennington, the late lead singer of Linkin Park, will be getting a rare close-up of the singers final days.
Bennington and the band filmed a segment of a new series of "Carpool Karaoke," as part of James Corden's The Late Late Show, less than a week before the singer's shock suicide on July 20.
The band posted a photo on twitter, July 14, showing them posing with comedian Ken Jeong, at the "Carpool" shoot.
Jeong said on Twitter he was "in shock and heartbroken," after hearing the news.
The new 16-episode-long "Carpool Karaoke" series will launch on Apple Music on Aug. 8.
Linkin Park canceled their "One More Light" tour a few days later in the wake of Bennington's death.
Concert producer 'Live Nation' announced the cancellation on Twitter.
"The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been canceled. Refunds avail at point of purchase. Our thoughts to all affected."
