Court: Minors Need Parental Consent for Vaccine

Last week, a DC judge blocked a new law that allowed children in the Capitol to get vaccinated without their parent’s consent. Parents challenged the law passed by the DC Council in 2020 allowing kids as young as 11 to vaccinate without telling anyone.  The lead attorney on behalf of the families says the DC law violates a federal vaccine-injury law.
