"Right on LA! with Ruby Lovell" features the glamorous and star-studded red carpet gala for the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge Awards 2025 at the iconic Sony Studios. The awards spotlights, recognizes, and promotes disability inclusion in filmmaking: both in front of and behind the camera which in turn breaks stereotypes and boundaries in the Entertainment industry and Hollywood.
The Easterseals Film Challenge is a charitable organization created by founder and director Nic Novicki that has now gained backing from titans in the Entertainment industry such as Sony, Warner Bros., Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many more. The Film Challenge Awards is an international event which has received more than 850 film submissions since it's launch 12 years ago.
The dazzling night held at the iconic Sony Studios, Los Angeles, was filled with excitemen, making it an electric atmosphere and spectacular showcase of recognition for the superb talent.
Celebrities and VIP's in attendance showed solidarity and support mingling together with the filmmakers: a powerful reminder that creativity knows no bounds with the massive contribution that filmmakers with disabilities make to the film Industry.
