Estonian emergency services posted video on its Facebook page showing the rescue of a fisherman who fell through the ice on a lake.

The video, posted on Saturday, March 26, on the Paasteamet Estonian Rescue page, is supposed to serve as a warning to other fishermen.

The dramatic footage shows the rescue team sliding out on the ice with a rescue board across ice-covered lake Harku.

The team pulled the stricken fisherman out of the frigid water and took him to a hospital where he was treated for mild hypothermia.
