Floodwaters Swamp Homes, Fields in Wisconsin’s Shiocton Village

Floodwaters from the Wolf River have spread across Shiocton, Wisconsin, swamping homes and covering large areas. Residents were ordered to evacuate as the river reached record levels. Officials warned that emergency crews may not be able to assist those who choose to stay.
