G20 Summit: Leaders Give Mixed Reviews

Leaders of the world’s biggest economies agreed on Sunday to stop funding coal-fired power plants in poor countries and made a vague commitment to seek carbon neutrality “by or around mid-century.” While the Italian prime minister and the French President described the Group of 20 summit as a success, the U.S. president said he was disappointed that China and Russia “didn't show up.”
