Chlorella Beets Almond Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Gluten-free Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Melted Non-dairy Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Almond Extract
1/4 Cup Beets Purée
3g/1 Tsp Sun Chlorella Powder
Blanched Almonds

Instructions:
1.Preheat oven 350ºF degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray.
2.In a bowl, mix almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
3.Add melted non-dairy butter, maple syrup, almond extract, beets purée and Sun Chlorella and mix until dough is crumbly.
4.Use dough scoop steel form into a ball.
5.Press a blanched almond in the center of each cookie.
6.Bake 15-20 minutes.
7.Remove from the oven, let the baking sheet cool for 5 minutes to firm up.
8.Enjoy.

Chlorella Vegan Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:
2 Cups Cashews
1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Packed Mint Leaves
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
3g/1 Tsp Sun Chlorella Powder
Chocolate Dessert Cups

Instructions:
1.Soak cashews for 2 hours.
2.Combine all filling ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3.Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into the chocolate cups, until each cup is full up to its edge.
4.Enjoy.

Chlorella Candied Pecans

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Pecan Halves
3g/1 Tsp Sun Chlorella Powder

Instructions:
1.Combine all ingredients except the pecans in a skillet and cook over medium heat for a minute or two, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is sticky.
2.Add the pecans and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring to coat the pecans in the glaze.
3.Remove from the heat and spread the pecans out on parchment paper to let the pecans cool completely.
4.Enjoy.
