British police said on Monday that they were attending the scene of a fire believed to have been caused by a lightning strike on gas containers near the city of Oxford, England. Eyewitness video footage shows a huge fireball lighting up the night sky over the southern English city. The eyewitnesses said they felt a shockwave and heard a loud rumble in the distance, before seeing the blaze from their balcony.
