Kim Kardashian just welcomed the newest addition to her family—her fourth son with Kanye West, according to multiple sources.
Kardashian recently shared pictures of her newborn son during her baby shower on April 27, which was reflected in their reality show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” according to PEOPLE.
Kardashian shared that she was a little nervous for the arrival of the new baby, but realized that she really had nothing to worry about because the baby was very pleasant. According to Kardashian, the baby was “very chill.”
“I was freaking out for nothing because he is the most calm and chill of all of my babies so far and everyone loves him so much,” Kardashian wrote in a tweet.
Her three other children, North, Saint, and Chicago West all welcomed the baby.
“We celebrated our baby boy about a week ago and now he’s here,” Kardashian said. “He’s so perfect!”

Kardashian invited her mother and manager, Kris Jenner, and her sister Kourtney Kardashian, as well as other friends, such as Chrissy Teigen, Paris Hilton, Larsa Pippen Jen Atkin, Olivia Pierson, and Natalie Halcro to her baby shower.
The reality star thanked her guests for coming to her fourth baby shower. She said that even though she felt it was kind of silly to throw another baby shower, in the end, it all turned out well.
In addition to the baby shower, Kardashian and West also put up a name board in order to come up with a special name for their new son.
When Kardashian went to the hospital to welcome their fourth child, Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner wasn’t allowed to be there because she had a cough. Instead, Kardashian ended up Facetiming her mother to let her know when the new baby was born. They were very excited to tell Jenner that she now had a 10th grandchild, according to E! News.
Jenner expressed frustration when she wasn’t allowed to visit her new grandchild. “I have a cough,” Jenner said, during the 2019 Race to Erase MS Gala in Beverly Hills. “So they wouldn’t let me come to the hospital. So I’m a little annoyed.”
Kardashian also said that the new baby looked a lot like Chicago West, and called the new baby Chicago’s twin.

Although Kardashian said the party she threw made her less nervous and freaked out over the arrival of the baby, she revealed in an earlier interview with PEOPLE that having the baby shower was also great for her kids to partake in.
“When you have surrogate, for me, I realized that having a baby shower for [Chicago] was actually so much more beneficial for my kids, because they saw people come,” Kardashian said in an interview with PEOPLE. “They actually saw that it was like, ‘A new baby is coming.'”
When the reality star had her third child, Chicago West, via surrogate back in November 2017, she threw a cherry blossom themed party for the baby.
“Okay guys, [this is] my baby shower for baby No. 3,” Kardashian wrote in her Snapchat. In her snap, she featured some of the more elegant designs and decorations to showcase the baby shower. “It is a beautiful tea and cherry-blossom forest.”
