CAP Freedom of Conscience, an NGO with Economic and Social Council consultative status at the UN since 2016, and Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH), a Nobel Peace prize nominee advocacy group, are co-organizing two consecutive virtual side event conferences to the 49th session of the Human Rights Council.
The first event, "Escalation of Human Rights Violations in the 21st century: State-Sponsored Forced Organ Harvesting of Living People" will host a panel of witnesses and experts on March 22 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. ET.
The second event, "Escalation of Human Rights Violations in the 21st century: Finding solutions to help combat crimes against humanity," will host a live round table discussion followed by a Q&A session on March 23 from 9 to 11:00 a.m. ET.
