Eyewitness video footage shows vehicles struggling through streaming floodwaters on Friday, after days of rainfall intensified to trigger flash flooding in New York City. More footage shows a bus flooded by water in Brooklyn. A flash-flood warning was in effect for New York City until midday, with as much as 6 inches of rain falling in some locations, including Brooklyn, lower Manhattan, and John F.
