Noem on Sen. Padilla Incident: He Should’ve Identified Himself

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said she had a "very productive" talk with Sen. Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) after he was removed from her Los Angeles press conference. She said she wished he would have identified himself before interrupting. Padilla’s office said he was handcuffed and forced to the ground.
