Police in Chico, California, are investigating a viral video showing a heated confrontation inside a Target store. The incident allegedly involves an employee of Enloe Health and a Target worker wearing a Charlie Kirk “Freedom” T-shirt.

The video has been widely shared on social media. It shows a woman using profanities and accusing the employee of supporting racism. The Chico Police Department says it is aware of the video and is actively investigating the verbal encounter with local partners.

Enloe Health confirmed the individual appears to be an employee and says it has launched its own internal review, while urging the public to remain calm. The nonprofit says the backlash has overwhelmed phone lines, affecting patient access to care.
