Former federal prosecutor Jim Trusty discussed with NTD's Steve Lance the arrest of a Chinese national for illegally voting in the 2024 presidential election, and how the online registration process is vulnerable to fraud.

Trusty also discussed a former aide to Dr. Anthony Fauci's guilty plea for conspiring to destroy public records, which included obstructing records requests made under the Freedom of Information Act, and the implications for investigations at the state level.

Trusty discussed news reports finding four out of eight 2026 murder investigations in Fairfax County, Virginia, involved suspects who were illegal aliens, and one with more than 30 prior arrests that included rape and drug possession. Trusty also discussed how decisions by prosecutors and authorities in Virginia affected these cases, and how sanctuary states like Virginia could be held accountable for obstructing immigration enforcement and allowing violent criminals to be free in communities.
