Chocolate is a serious art—that’s the message at this year’s Paris Chocolate Fair, or Le Salon Du Chocolat, which opened its 25th anniversary edition this week.
Every year, great chefs, designers, and cocoa experts get together at the fair and show visitors the latest innovations and taste creations from the best cocoa beans all over the world.
Visitors can attend chocolate-making demonstrations, an exhibition on the history of the chocolate fashion show, and sample chocolate creations from 230 different exhibitors.
The Paris Chocolate Fair brings together 500 participants and chocolate from 20 countries.
The fair runs until Nov. 3.
