Scholar: Government Spending Lowers Economic Activity

Besides the $500 million in military aid for Kyiv President Joe Biden announced on Feb. 20, Washington approved $113 billion for Ukraine last year. This comes as the United States faces a possible default on its record-high national debt during a period of high inflation. NTD spoke to an economist about some of the impacts of too much government spending on the U.S. economy.
